Item Listing

I try my best to photograph and depict my pieces as true to color as possible. Please understand that some variation in color is possible, as no camera can truly capture light the way our own eyes can. Glazes can appear differently in different lighting conditions.

Shipping

Orders ship via USPS within 2-3 business days of purchase. Pottery is naturally fragile so I take care to pack each order as carefully as possible to prepare it for its journey. Should your piece arrive damaged, contact me and provide photos of the damages as soon as they occur. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for refund or exchange.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties which the customer is responsible for. Lots of Pots Studio is not responsible for any delays or other issues beyond our control in shipping/delivery.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We accept returns and/or exchanges of unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please send us an email within 7 days of receipt of your order to start the return process. The items must be returned to us within 7 days of our return confirmation.

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for returning the unused items safely packaged and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for returned packages damaged in shipping or lost in transit. It is highly recommend that you choose a shipping method with tracking and insurance, and retain the tracking number for your records. Please note that duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through Lots of Pots Studio.

Once we have received the returned items, and upon passing inspection, we will process the refund within 72 hours. We will refund the cost of the item minus shipping.

For cancellations, items must be canceled within 24 hours after placing your order. Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to cancel or make changes to your order. Many of our pieces are made to order and we work with casting houses to help with the production of some of our pieces. After 24 hours, once an order is placed, the item goes into production and we will no longer be able change or cancel your order.
